Water: The City of Manchester uses water from our own reservoir, Bert T. Combs Lake. Our quality is maintained through comprehensive testing by us and also by the state of Kentucky. We are supplying water to the outermost parts of the county. We are in the planning stages to extend our current service area. We have several mountain top back up storage facilities strategically located throughout the county and are nearing completion linking us to Laurel Lake. The city council has recently approved the building location of a new water treatment plant which will greatly increase our capacity. If you have questions about water service or have a water line problem please give us a call. (606) 598-3456 or email to waterdept@cityofmanchesterky.com
We look forward to assisting you and your business.
