This year Manchester is celebrating the bicentennial of our city. We have been continually supplying services to our citizens for over 200 years. We are expanding our city services to outlying areas of the county with clean water and sanitation services. We are all about service.

What We Look Like...

Carmen Webb Lewis, Mayor of Manchester, began her service in January 2007. Mayor Lewis came into office with the support of the community in the largest turnout for an election in the history of our city. The people wanted change and she has promised to give it. Mayor Lewis has formed new committees such as finance, personal, planning, beautification, and technology to advise her and the council. She is reshaping our city government and bringing it into accountability. Her open door policy is welcoming everyone to have a part in shaping their community.
